Technology improvement reduces the cost of education. For example, students need not to buy a lot of books instead of that they can simply download the desired e-book version of that required book, they can take notes on digital platform. Moreover, they can collect notes from their friend without any cost via e-mail or messaging apps.

Technologies are merely tools that can be used in a variety of ways. What matters more is how technologies are applied. The same technology can be applied in different ways, even or especially in education. So in judging the value of a technology, we need to look more closely at the ways in which it is being or could be : A.W. (Tony) Bates. Search the world's most comprehensive index of full-text books. What I’ve called before “the state of the actual” rather than “the state of the art.” The push for more “public” forms of university education is not confined to technology.

In many ways, my book simply follows the general. When you think about youth arts education, traditional images of high school art classrooms might come to mind: textbooks, sketchbooks, acrylic paints.

But not in Pittsburgh. Artists and educators, like those from Pittsburgh Filmmakers, are using digital technologies to help reimagine arts education and make it more participatory.

Digital literacy: The overarching element for successful technology integration. Technology integration and the flipped classroom. A cynic would say that technology has done nothing to change education. However, in many ways, technology has profoundly changed education.

However, the synergy between the arts and academic learning is one that can be harnessed. A number of years ago, when my district was organizing an introduction of a iPad program, I was asked if I was willing to give up my entire art supply budget to help fund the cost of the new technology.

Although I was excited about the possibility of my students always having tech access, I was completely dumbfounded at the idea of how and why we would use an 8″ screen to replace tactile.

Educational technology, which is also known as e-learning, instructional technology and learning technology, is the use of technology in support of the learning process. It can refer to all kinds of analogue technologies, such as photographs, video, audio recordings and film, but it is generally used specifically in relation to digital computer technology.

From the rapid proliferation of massive open online courses, or MOOCs, to the widespread use of mobile devices that support a variety of “blended learning” models (part online, part bricks-and-mortar based), technology is creating new challenges and many new opportunities for educational institutions of all types, from early education to universities.

“Technology is changing the dynamics of education. The terms art and technology are vagaries used together today to define the confluence of high-technology tools being employed by the artists of today.
